When Yasser Elshair took over as the new owner of Jane, his first priority was to rebuild trust within the Jane community. He began by reconnecting with former Jane employees affected by the company’s abrupt shutdown, sharing his vision for the future and his dedication to restoring trust. Today, the new Jane is fortunate to have welcomed back Ariel, Amanda, and Rachel. These employees have cultivated close relationships with sellers over the years, making their return invaluable to the community.

The new Jane team has also actively engaged with former sellers through surveys, emails, and calls, ensuring that the new Jane is being shaped by the feedback of those who know it best. This valuable input has been instrumental in the ongoing redevelopment of the Jane platform.

Everyone at Jane has been working tirelessly to restore confidence in the platform, with a renewed commitment to doing right by the community and ensuring that everyone feels secure and set up for maximum success. With over ten years of experience in the e-commerce and fashion industry, Ariel has been a driving force at Jane.com, leading the charge in enhancing seller experiences and building strong partnerships.

Driven by a belief in Jane’s mission and the incredible potential it holds, Ariel rejoined Jane and is dedicated to fostering a supportive and thriving environment for sellers. Ariel was previously with Jane for four years and we're so excited to be working alongside her once again.

As a results-driven e-commerce pro with a knack for strategic category management and driving revenue growth, Amanda is thrilled to be back at Jane. After six years of shaping our Merchandising team, she’s now diving into Operations to refine our processes and create an even smoother experience for our sellers and customers.

Amanda previously supported Jane for nearly 7 years and is passionate about Jane’s mission to empower small businesses and connect shoppers with unique finds. She brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm to every interaction on our platform and we're so excited to welcome her back to the team.

Rachel is a passionate e-commerce merchandiser with over a decade of experience in driving sales and building product assortments.

Excited to be back at Jane after previously working here for almost 7 years, she looks forward to working with our sellers and the new Jane team to enhance the shopping experience and continue supporting the curated collections our customers love. She is dedicated to making every purchase meaningful and supporting the dreams and stories behind each product.

Steven Pena is the Chief Technology Officer at Jane.com, bringing over two decades of experience in technology leadership, software development, and e-commerce innovation. Steven has a proven track record of driving growth and technological advancements for a range of companies, from startups to established enterprises. His diverse background includes founding and leading tech-focused companies like eMarkIT, and Campground Views, where he leveraged cutting-edge technologies to enhance user experiences.

At Jane.com, Steven is committed to enhancing the platform’s capabilities to empower small businesses and provide customers with a smooth shopping experience.

Travis Lonergan, Principal Engineer at Jane.com, brings over 15 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. With expertise in .NET technologies, cloud computing, and REST APIs, he has contributed to the success of companies like Integrate and Green Dot Corporation.

At Jane.com, Travis is focused on driving innovation and enhancing the e-commerce experience, supporting the company’s mission to empower small businesses and offer the latest fashion trends to customers.

Greg Long is the Accounting Manager at Jane.com, where he leverages his extensive experience in financial management and accounting to ensure the company’s financial operations run smoothly. Greg will be instrumental in streamlining the month-end closing process, managing payroll and overseeing the generation and presentation of monthly financial statements.

With a strong background in cash management, financial reporting, and audit
